So we're gonna start off here with just some very basics in illustrator. So let's jump into this and see what we have. And if you have an older apple pencil, you can use an apple pencil one or an apple pencil, too, and it'll all work. So check and see if your IPad is one of these that fits in the requirements here. You could get that creativeness, and you can kind of use this as your sketch pad.

But of course, one of the things that makes illustrator on the IPad so great is the ability to kind of sketch and draw and write and do this free form with this pencil stylist so that you can get that freedom. You can still use your touch screen with your fingers on the IPad to run a lot of illustrator. I'm running the most current IPad with the apple pencil to the apple pencil to is the more advanced pencil. It will certainly let you know if you can or you can't.

Or you can simply go with your IPad onto the app store and see if you can download illustrator for the IPad. If you want to know if your IPad will run the generation of illustrator, you could go on thio either the illustrator website and look and see what the specs are, which I have listed right here. I think you're gonna love it is just a much as I am, and I am so excited to show you all these features. So you can download this from the APP store. If you search for illustrator for the IPad, you'll find out what versions of the IPad you can use in order to make this work. Well, I'm running the most current version of the IPad along with the apple pencil to on adobes website. Now, what IPad should you have? It's always a question people ask. But there are some cool features that they put into the IPad that have not made it to the desktop version yet. So not everything that's from the desktop version is in the IPad version. Now, remember that this is just version one. And they've done a really good job at working with the interface and the touch capabilities as well as the apple pencil to make this work very. So of course you've got your apple pencil and then your touch features in order to make this happen. Adobe has done a really good job at making this work for the IPad because remember, there's no mouse and there's no keyboard attached to your IPad. It just came out at Adobe Max October of 2020 and it's been much anticipated, and I can't wait to show you all the cool features. IPad is definitely what you want to be using. And you want to get into sketching and creating your ideas to be able to work on the go and have your ideas flow. And maybe you've never used illustrator before.
